After my first session I felt wonderful straight away, and the effects lasted all week. I was turning down sweet treats without even thinking about it, not snacking and drinking lots of water. And it felt effortless! I lost five pounds that week.
Each week after, I lost a couple more pounds and my weight went below the number I couldn’t get to before. It hasn’t all been a complete breeze, but I knew if I sent Natalie a quick message and told her what I was struggling with, she would tailor the next session to address it.
It’s been about eight weeks since I started and although I’m not at my target weight yet I feel that it’s achievable. I’m still guzzling water and have never loved the stuff so much, my sweet cravings are almost eradicated and I simply can’t eat the portion sizes that I used to. I know that no foods are off limits but I naturally choose healthy options, so I don’t have that awful feeling you get when you’re on a diet and all you can think about is food. I’m more in tune with my body and what it wants and needs. For the first time in years I feel that I’m in control of my weight.
And even though I’ve finished the course, I know I can turn to Natalie should I need to. She’s so lovely and helpful and genuinely seems to get pleasure from seeing people gain control of their weight and get results.
I have been highly recommending her to everyone. It was worth every penny and the best investment I’ve ever made in myself. She ought to be available on the NHS!”
