I have just completed Mrs Weightloss' 6 week program and my relationship with food has completely changed. I am a real foodie, I love cooking and eating, so consequently I have been overweight all of my life, I decided once and for all to change this.

 
I have lost 17 lbs during the 6 weeks through making better food choices, controlling my portion size and following mindful eating techniques, I firmly believe I am on the right track, this is not a diet, this is changing your eating habits for the better.

This has all been done with no effort or stress on my part. I have not felt like I am denying myself anything, there is no staring longingly at the bakery window because you are no longer interested in what's on show. I have not felt hungry, it's been so easy, all the new habits have just felt totally natural. I am eating so much less than before but I am still feeling full. Binge eating is a thing of the past it doesn't even enter my head.
Natalie has been amazing right from the start. She makes you feel totally comfortable so you feel no shame in opening up to her about your weight, your feelings about your weight or any blocks you may have - there is no judgement here.

Each week when we carried out our sessions Natalie was so eager to hear what that weeks weight loss was and so chuffed with the results, she is your very own weight loss cheerleader.
For the first time ever I am fully confident that I will reach my goal weight and it's all thanks to Mrs Weightloss, aka Natalie Benns and her fabulous program."
