I have just completed Mrs Weightloss' 6 week program and my relationship with food has completely changed. I am a real foodie, I love cooking and eating, so consequently I have been overweight all of my life, I decided once and for all to change this.
I have lost 17 lbs during the 6 weeks through making better food choices, controlling my portion size and following mindful eating techniques, I firmly believe I am on the right track, this is not a diet, this is changing your eating habits for the better.
This has all been done with no effort or stress on my part. I have not felt like I am denying myself anything, there is no staring longingly at the bakery window because you are no longer interested in what's on show. I have not felt hungry, it's been so easy, all the new habits have just felt totally natural. I am eating so much less than before but I am still feeling full. Binge eating is a thing of the past it doesn't even enter my head.
